REVOCATION POLICY

You are not eligible for a refund or a chargeback after the allotted time has passed. After speaking with their project manager, the client may be qualified to request a 50% refund if the total exceeds $500. The following circumstances preclude the application of the Apex Core Refund Policy.

❖ The finished product is the logo.

❖ For more than 14 days, no one has spoken with the company.
❖ The policies of the company have been broken.
❖ The identical concept has been investigated by a different business or designer.
❖ If the sole expenses are for hosting and a domain name, a thorough redesign is required.
❖ Either the business is going out of business, or the name or industry of the claim no longer qualifies for reimbursement.
❖ Any “change of mind,” “disagreement with a partner,” or other unrelated issues will never be grounds for a refund.
❖ After talking with their manager, a client who has consented to numerous rounds of changes (for any service) may be eligible to receive 50% of their project manager’s compensation.

After the work is complete, the agreement between our business and the client will expire. After termination, the design will no longer be under Apex Core’s control or accessible to it. REFUND FOR DEFAMATION AND APPROPRIATE FEE

Apex Core reserves the right to take legal action and confiscate customer information if a client issues an unauthorised or unrelated chargeback, harms our reputation, or engages in other illegal activity after a project is complete. Additionally, the business has full authority to halt any current work.

PERFECT LAW

Without regard to any issues of conflict of laws, the laws of the Country shall govern these Terms and be applied in their interpretation.
These Terms, which take precedence over any earlier understandings you may have had with the Design Agency, fully describe the agreement between the Client and Apex Core regarding the use of the Website.
